PP-MF22-1

It is compound based on polypropylene homopolymer with 22% addition of high quality calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and with complex of modifying agents, which allows to reduce entrainment of liquid drops from the surface of the film.

It is used as ready material for bags and films production.

Application advantages:

  • reducing product cost due reducing raw material cost and product thikness;
  • advanced processability of process and productivity;
  • increased strength and consumer properties of product;
  • increased adhesion of dyes to the surface of product when printing;
  • better material weldability due thermal conductivity increasing;
  • allows to reduce or exclude white pigment concentrate for product colouring.

Using this material do not affects on equipment wearing.

Natural.

Polypropylene bag with PE liner of 30 kgs net. Can be transported on wooden pallets wrapped in stretch film (1200 kg).

  • processed by moulding under pressure on thermoplastic automatic machine or by extrusion.
  • moulding in the absence of surface moisture.
  • melting temperature 230-250°С.
  • mould cavity temperature 25-55°С.
  • mould pressure – 80-110 МPа.
