PP-МF70-1

It is compound based on polypropylene homopolymer with 70% addition of high quality calcium carbonate (CaCO3)

It is used as concentrate for further blend preparation with base polypropylene grades by producer of ready products.

Allows to flexible dose of calcium carbonate filling at various products manufacturing  depending on needs.

Recommended concentrate infusion – from 10 up to 40%.

Application advantages:

  • reducing product cost due reducing raw material cost and product thikness;
  • advanced processability of process and productivity;
  • increased strength and hardness, consumer properties of product;
  • increased adhesion of dyes to the surface of product when printing;
  • increasing geometrical dimensions stability;
  • better material weldability due thermal conductivity increasing;
  • allows to reduce or exclude white pigment concentrate for product colouring.

Using this material do not affects on equipment wearing.

Natural.

Polypropylene bag with PE liner of 30 kgs net. Can be transported on wooden pallets wrapped in stretch film (1200 kg).

  • processed by moulding under pressure on thermoplastic automatic machine or by extrusion.
  • moulding in the absence of surface moisture.
  • melting temperature 230-250°С.
  • mould cavity temperature 25-55°С.
  • mould pressure – 80-110 МPа.

Натуральный. Возможно окрашивание в другие цвета под заказ.

Полипропиленовый мешок с полиэтиленовым вкладышем по 30 кг нетто. Возможны поставки на деревянных поддонах обернутых стретч-пленкой по 1200 кг.

  • Перерабатывается литьем под давлением на термопластавтоматах или экструзией.
  • Литье при отсутствии поверхностной влаги.
  • Температура расплава 230-250°С.
  • Температура формообразующей поверхности литьевой формы 25-55°С.
  • Давление литья – 80-110 МПа.
